The 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Controller GCG-SR-1, manufactured in 2019, is a high-performance laboratory instrument designed for single cell partitioning and barcoding. This unit is in excellent condition, showing minimal prior use. It is powered by Next GEM technology and is compatible with fresh, frozen, and FFPE samples. The device supports single cell gene expression and multiomic cellular readout, enabling integrated analysis of single cells at a massive scale. It generates tens of thousands of single cell partitions with unique barcodes, supporting RNA, cell surface proteins, immune clonotype, antigen specificity, CRISPR perturbations, and chromatin accessibility measurement. Please note that software is not included, and the loading mechanism is currently not operational, potentially due to the absence of software.

The loading door/mechanism is not opening, (If software is missing or not running, the system may remain in “locked state”)and no further functionality could be verified.
