This USA-made incubator is equipped with advanced features: CO2 monitoring via an IR sensor, active humidity control which eliminates the need for a water pan, and HEPA air filtration that ensures ISO Class 5 air quality. The unit has a temperature range from ambient +5 to 50C, with a 140C high-temperature sterilization cycle for effective decontamination. Its polished stainless steel interior is extremely easy to clean, and ensures gentle airflow circulation to reduce cross contamination risks. The piece also features enviro-scan microprocessor control for intuitive management, including customizable alarms and data outputs. Despite some functionality limitations in testing, it powers on and reaches set temperatures, making it suitable for laboratory applications.
Technician comment
Unit powers on and performs all necessary functions although “water low” indicator shows even when water is full. No cosmetic flaws to the unit. No CO2 to test with it but temp does rise and is set for 37 Celsius which it reached. Cleaned and disinfected with 70% alcohol.
