Description
Sartorius Ambr15 24W Gen2 (P/N 001-6B02) automated cell culture system for R&D and cell line development. This Gen2 microbioreactor platform supports parallel operation with 24 bioreactor vessels and working volumes of 10-15 mL, designed for clone selection, media and feed optimization, and process characterization. Culture control includes fluorescence-based pH and DO monitoring with closed-loop set point control, plus agitation from 150 to 2500 rpm using pitched blade impellers. The workstation is configured for standard culture temperatures of 33-40 C and a pH range of 6.0-8.0. Rapid Vessel Drain supports perfusion-mimic workflows by removing supernatant from settled cultures. Included: Ambr Analysis Module, plus items shown in photos including pipette tips (1 mL and 5 mL), spare culture station clamp plates, and an Ambr 15 Cell Culture Microbioreactor vessel with sparge.
