The Rheodyne PD725-000 2/6, TitanHT, RPC-15, UHP25 Ultra-High Pressure Valve is a high-pressure, low maintenance valve that utilizes patent-pending metal-on-metal seal technology, enabling very high-pressure injection, selection, and switching with ultra-high seal life for maximum instrument uptime. The TitanHT series features two times the seal life of equivalent 15,000 psi valves, making it a cutting-edge valve technology for next-generation instrumentation. The operation principle involves shear valve technology, with the fluid inlet remaining stationary as a grooved seal on the rotor surface rotates to change port connections. Designed for easy maintenance, the Rapid Replacement Pod of the TitanHT liquid-end allows for two straightforward methods of field maintenance. The valve is a 2-position, 6-port injector with dimensions of 32 x 17 x 15 cm and a weight of 1 kg. It is made in the United States and is in new condition.
