Description
Pfeiffer Vacuum SplitFlow 310 with TC 400 is a preowned turbo pump and controller assembly used for high-vacuum applications in research and mass spectrometry systems. The SplitFlow 310 turbo pump is designed for use with Thermo Fisher Q Exactive mass spectrometers and is identified as the source pump for that platform. The pump uses a wear-free permanent magnetic bearing on the high-vacuum side and an oil-lubricated ceramic bearing on the backing side. The TC 400 controller is included as part of this unit.
