This Beckman Coulter VI-Cell XR Cell Viability Analyzer, model 383556, manufactured in 2018, is designed for rapid and automated cell viability testing using the Trypan Blue Dye Exclusion method. It allows users to load up to 10 samples simultaneously for efficient analysis. Pre-programmed and customizable software facilitate consistent analysis, distinguishing between viable and non-viable cells. With features like mean cell size calculation, bioprocess monitoring, and real-time cellular imaging, this analyzer enhances the accuracy and reproducibility of cell counting. Although unable to test fully, the unit powers on and completes basic tests. It shows signs of cosmetic wear, as expected from previous use, and does not include software or computer.
