This open-air, triple eccentric drive orbital shaker is designed for demanding research and GMP workflows, including use in warm rooms, incubators, environmental chambers, and refrigerators. It features a sealed electronic system for improved contamination control, a full-color touchscreen controller for simultaneous speed and runtime visibility, and programmable operation with up to 99 saved programs. The unit provides variable speed control from 15 to 525 rpm with a 1 inch orbit, supports a 43 kg load capacity, and operates across 5 to 60 C with 20 to 80% non-condensing humidity. An unbalanced load sensor stops platform motion and triggers visual/audible alarms until vibration is corrected, while a soft-start function helps prevent sudden starts and splashing. Connectivity options include USB and Ethernet for monitoring and data output.
