The Thermo Scientific Dionex ASE 350 Accelerated Solvent Extractor (P/N 082988) is an automated system designed for rapid and efficient extraction, filtration, and cleanup of compounds from solid and semi-solid samples. The system accommodates sample sizes of 1-100g, allowing unattended extraction of up to 24 samples and using 50 to 90% less solvent compared to other methods. It operates at elevated temperature (up to 200C) and pressure (1500psi), dramatically reducing extraction times and solvent consumption. The integrated solvent controller enables mixing and delivery of up to three solvents, ensuring enhanced flexibility to support multiple applications. The system holds up to 24 samples for unattended operation and requires less than 50mL solvent for a 20g sample. It is ideally suited for high-throughput laboratories and a wide variety of applications. The Dionex ASE 350 also features a chemically inert pathway that supports acid and alkaline sample matrices and solvents, making it a cost-effective and flexible solution. The unit is being sold AS-IS due to errors (AutoSeal open command & Needle out command was not successful) and an air line connector leak.
