Description
Gilson Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug (Model: Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug; Sub-Model: F110745) is an unused, stand-alone motorized vacuum system for safe aspiration of biological liquid waste. It collects aspirated liquids in a 4 L autoclavable polypropylene bottle and supports adjustable aspiration speed for workflows such as ELISA, cell culture, immunoprecipitation, immuno affinity cleanup, solid phase extraction cleanup, MIC assay, DNA/RNA isolation purification, protein purification, and magnetic beads purification. The closed design helps reduce contamination risk, with a level detection system to help prevent overflow and an in-line hydrophobic filter to trap aerosols. Vacuum range is adjustable from -300 to -600 mbar, and the aspiration hand operator can be used in press-to-aspirate or locked continuous aspiration mode. Includes station base with 4 L PP bottle, tubing set (2 silicone tubes plus membrane filter), lever sensor cable, bottle carrying handle, hand operator, single-channel plastic tip adaptor with ejector, and AC adapter.
