Description
The Essen BioScience IncuCyte Zoom Microscope, Controller & IncuStore is a pre-owned live-cell imaging and analysis platform designed for automated quantification of cell behavior over extended periods. This system includes the IncuCyte Zoom Microscope, Controller, and IncuStore Expansion Storage Unit, featuring a Nikon Plan Fluor 10x/0.30 objective. The IncuCyte ZOOM system enables real-time visualization and quantification of biological processes within a standard cell incubator, supporting multiple plates, flasks, and dishes simultaneously. It can acquire over 2000 images per hour and supports various standard plates, including 96- and 384-well formats. The IncuStore unit provides RAID 6 data protection, ensuring data integrity. Note: The microscope currently cannot communicate with the controller due to a missing SAS cable, and the unit shows slight wear from normal use.

This unit was tested as far as we could. Unit powers on but microscope is unable to communicate with controller due to missing SAS cable. Touchscreen & button functions working. Unit has slight wear from normal use. See photos for further details.
