Description
The Fluidigm FC1 Cycler is an advanced desktop instrument designed to rapidly and precisely control the temperature cycling of Integrated Fluidic Circuits (IFCs). As an electrically and pneumatically operated device, it features a built-in vacuum pump to securely hold IFCs in place. The embedded PC regulates all functions, while a touch panel LCD display offers a user-friendly, graphic interface for managing operations. Utilizing thermoelectric cooling (TEC) for accurate and uniform thermal adjustments, the FC1 Cycler is compatible with Fluidigm’s 96.96, 48.48 Dynamic Array IFCs and 12.765 Digital Array IFC. Additionally, it can be integrated with the Fluidigm EP1 Reader or BioMark Real-time PCR System to complete workflows efficiently with minimal manual labor. This unit, in good condition, powers on and passes basic tests. It shows some cosmetic wear but exhibits no known functional issues.
Technician comment
Need chip for fully test. Has slight cosmetic blemishes form normal use. See photos
