Description
Protein Simple Ella automated immunoassay system for quantitative biomarker and protein analysis using Simple Plex microfluidic immunoassay cartridges. This benchtop analyzer supports single-analyte, multi-analyte, and multiplex workflows with up to 8 analytes simultaneously, using a small sample volume of 2.5 to 25 uL depending on the assay. Typical run time is approximately 75 to 90 minutes, with a dynamic range of 3 to 4 logs and sensitivity <1 pg/mL (assay dependent). Operating temperature range is 15 to 30 C. Condition Class G (Good): pre-owned in usable condition per intake inspection. Intake inspection indicates the unit is functioning properly, with the green indicator light/display illuminated. Minor cosmetic blemishes from prior use are normal for this grade. Please validate fitness for your specific application and assay requirements.
