The Distek Evolution 6100 bathless dissolution system redefines standards for accurate dissolution testing, offering superior temperature and RPM control without the need for a water bath. This technology prevents leaks and reduces cleaning time. Designed with dissolution chemists in mind, it features enhanced operational functionality and user interface navigation, providing reliable and streamlined test execution. The system supports up to seven vessels, with programmable volume between 500 mL and 1000 mL, and can heat media up to 37 degrees Celsius in under 15 minutes. The Evolution 6100 includes a high torque, permanent magnet motor and an LED display, maintaining a resolution of 0.1 RPM and accuracy within ±0.2 RPM. Its built-in calibration probe facilitates consistent accuracy and compliance with USP guidelines. Shelved functionality is enhanced by auto-detection, method storage, security features, and VisiChek. The unit's construction employs cast aluminum, stainless steel, and solid state heating for durability.
