ChemoMetec A/S NucleoCounter NC-200 is an automated cell counter and viability analyzer. This instrument is used for cell counting and viability analysis using fluorescence microscopy and image cytometry. Specifications provided for this model include 60 uL sample loading volume, 1.4 uL measurement volume, analysis times of 50 seconds for one-step and 120 seconds for two-step methods, optimal cell concentration of 5 x 10^4 to 5 x 10^6 cells/mL, AO and DAPI staining, and Via1-Cassette consumables. This pre-owned unit is in good condition and in working order based on intake inspection, with normal signs of prior use. Includes power cord. Computer and software are not included.
