This model supports fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, luminescence, AlphaScreen, TRF/TR-FRET, and absorbance measurements, and is designed for microplate formats up to 3456-well plates. Specifications provided for this unit include an absorbance range of 220-1000 nm, filter range of 230-750 nm or 230-900 nm depending on application, incubation from +5C above ambient to 45C, linear, orbital, and double-orbital shaking, up to 2 reagent injectors, 100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz, and 50 W normal operation.
