Presenting the 2016 Thermo Q Exactive HF hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer, sporting an ultra-high-field Orbitrap analyzer for enhanced speed and resolution. This mass spectrometer is designed to boost analytical capabilities in metabolomics and proteomics, offering advanced technical possibilities including a metabolic platform with 240,000 resolving power and lipidomics analysis throughput with a scan speed of up to 18 Hz. Multiple quantitation approaches such as Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA), Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM), and Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) are supported, along with improved intact protein analysis. Key specifications: mass range of 50-6,000 m/z, resolution of 240,000 at m/z 200, and a scan rate up to 40 Hz. Instrument was sourced from a working lab and powers on successfully; however, full validation and calibration are required upon installation. Note: A shipping bracket on the right side is damaged.
