Description
Gilson Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug (Model: Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug; Sub-Model: F110745) is a stand-alone motorized vacuum system for safe aspiration of biological liquid waste. This unit is designed for bench use and compatibility with laminar flow cabinets, supporting workflows such as ELISA bioassays, cell culture, immunoprecipitation, immuno affinity cleanup, solid phase extraction cleanup, MIC assay, and DNA/RNA isolation purification. Liquids are collected in a 4 L autoclavable polypropylene bottle, with adjustable aspiration speed and an aspiration hand operator that can be locked for continuous aspiration. A level detection system helps prevent overflow, and an in-line hydrophobic filter is included to trap aerosols for safer disposal. Vacuum range is adjustable at -300 to -600 mbar. Operating temperature is 0 to 40 C, and the station runs on 100-240V at 50/60Hz.
