Description
Gilson Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug F110745 (F110745) is a stand-alone motorized vacuum system designed for safe aspiration of biological liquid waste in lab workflows. Built for ELISA, cell culture, immunoprecipitation, immuno affinity cleanup, solid phase extraction cleanup, MIC assays, DNA/RNA isolation purification, protein purification, and magnetic beads purification, it collects aspirated liquids in a 4 L autoclavable polypropylene bottle. The closed design supports contamination control with an overflow level detection system and an in-line hydrophobic filter to help trap aerosols. Aspiration speed is adjustable, and the aspiration hand operator can be locked for continuous aspiration; an LED board indicates aspiration level. Suitable for bench use and laminar flow cabinets, the unit operates from 0 to 40 C and provides an adjustable vacuum range of -300 to -600 mbar. Condition: unused, with possible minor storage marks; original packaging may be absent.
