Description
NuAire LabGard NU-S540-500 with NU-500-128 is a Class II Type A2 biological safety cabinet. This 5 ft cabinet is designed for personnel, product, and environmental protection during laboratory handling of biological materials. Specifications provided for this model include 115 VAC, 60 Hz electrical, HEPA filtration rated at 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns, 70% recirculated and 30% exhausted airflow, 60 FPM downflow velocity, 105 FPM inflow velocity, stainless steel Type 304 construction, and NSF/ANSI 49 standard. This pre-owned unit is in working order based on intake inspection. The blower, lights, sliding glass sash, and adjustable base stand operate properly. HEPA filter integrity, airflow performance, and biological safety inspection and certification are required before use. Casters are not included.
