ChemoMetec A/S NucleoCounter NC-200 is an automated cell counter and viability analyzer. This benchtop instrument is used for cell counting and viability assessment using fluorescence microscopy and image cytometry. Specifications provided for this model include 60 uL sample loading volume, 1.4 uL measurement volume, analysis time of 50 seconds for one-step and 120 seconds for two-step methods, optimal cell concentration of 5 x 10^4 to 5 x 10^6 cells/mL, and use with acridine orange (AO) and DAPI stains. This pre-owned unit is in good condition and in working order based on intake inspection, with normal signs of prior use including minor cosmetic scratches on the front. Voltage is 120V, 50Hz/60Hz.
