Description
The Thermo Scientific KingFisher Flex Type 711, manufactured in 2020, is a pre-owned automated magnetic-particle purification system designed for DNA/RNA, protein, and cell purification. It supports a capacity of 24 or 96 samples per run with interchangeable magnetic heads. The system accommodates various processing volumes, including 24 deep-well (200 µL–5 mL), 96 deep-well (50–1,000 µL), 96-well (20–200 µL), and PCR plate (20–100 µL). The heating block operates from +5°C above ambient to 115°C, with heating accuracy of ±1°C up to 80°C and ±2°C up to 115°C. Powered by 100–240 VAC and 50/60 Hz, it can function with BindIt software or standalone. Note that the unit displays Error Code 13 due to a missing plastic tip comb, which is not included. Buyers should ensure compatibility with their specific applications.
