GE Healthcare Cytiva Sefia Select S-2000 Cell Processing System with Sefia Select module (Manufacture Date: 2019-03-01) is an automated closed cell-processing platform designed to support cell isolation, cell harvest, and formulation workflows for cell therapy manufacturing. The system integrates centrifugation up to 1600 x g, a thermal mixer for temperature control between +4C and +40C, and temperature control of the separation chamber between +4C and +37C. It also includes a peristaltic pump up to 405 mL/min, pressure sensors for kit lines (-800 to +2000 mbar), and bag holders with weight sensing for automated fluid handling. Connectivity includes 5 USB ports and 2 Ethernet ports with a color touchscreen user interface. This preowned unit is in working order based on intake inspection and shows normal signs of prior use, including visible scratches on the lower front panel. Please validate fitness for your specific application and required accessories/software.
