Baker SterilGARD e3 SG604 biological safety cabinet, manufactured in the United States. This Class II, Type A2 biosafety cabinet is designed to support aseptic cell culture, microbiology, and clinical research workflows that require personnel, product, and environmental protection from particulates. At intake, the unit was operated and passed basic function checks with no error codes; the blower and fluorescent light are working. Light to moderate cosmetic wear is present from prior use. The UV light is not installed on this cabinet. Built around vertical laminar downflow with front inflow containment and HEPA-filtered supply and exhaust airflow, the SterilGARD e3 design incorporates StediFLOW, ReadySAFE, and UniPressure preflow plenum technologies for energy-conscious airflow management.
