Technician comment
Item powers on although CD temperature not able to be controlled by system 1. Confirmed issue is not with the CDs or the backplane board. Swapped the cell cable connectors on the main board and temperature control defect moved to system 2 indicating it is an issue with the cable or the connection at the cell bay.
