Description
Gilson Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug F110745 (Safe Aspiration Station, US Plug F110745) is a stand-alone motorized vacuum system designed for safe aspiration and collection of biological liquid waste. It uses a 4 L autoclavable polypropylene bottle for liquid capture and features adjustable aspiration speed with a hand operator that can be locked for continuous aspiration. The closed design supports contamination control with autoclavable liquid-contact parts, level detection to help prevent overflow, and an in-line hydrophobic filter to help trap aerosols. An adjustable vacuum level is indicated by an LED board, and the unit is intended for bench use or integration in laminar flow cabinets. Applications include ELISA bioassays, cell culture, immunoprecipitation, immuno affinity cleanup, solid phase extraction cleanup, MIC assays, DNA/RNA isolation purification, protein purification, and magnetic beads purification.
