Description
The Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G with Autoloader, model P/N 90-0351, is a high-resolution microarray scanner designed for scanning GeneChip arrays. Manufactured in December 2005, this pre-owned unit is in working order based on intake inspection. It features an unattended loading/unloading capacity for up to 48 arrays, with a scan time ranging from approximately 5 to 45 minutes per cartridge, depending on the array type. The scanner operates with a 532 nm laser and offers a 16-bit dynamic range. It is powered by 100-240V AC at 50/60 Hz. Note that software is not included, and the scanner's full functionality should be validated for specific applications. Minor cosmetic wear is present on the unit.
