This semiconductor wafer processing hot plate is designed for precision thermal baking used in photolithography and microfabrication workflows, with controlled heating and programmable bake recipes. The unit features a 7-inch color touchscreen interface and supports multiple bake methods including contact bake, vacuum bake, and proximity bake depending on configuration. Maximum substrate size supports up to 200 mm round wafers or 8 x 8 inch square substrates, with a temperature range from ambient to 300C (optional 400C configuration).
