The Acros Organics Dowex 50WX8, 100–200 mesh, is a strong acid cation exchange resin well-suited for efficient cation exchange. The physical form of the product consists of moist beads or spheres, with a particle size distribution allowing 15% max on 60 mesh and through 170 mesh. The packaging consists of a plastic bottle containing 2.5 kg of resin characterized by a wet volume capacity in H form of at least 1.7 meq/mL and a water retention capacity of 50 to 58%.
