Description
Beckman Coulter VI-Cell XR (Part/Reference No. 383556), automated cell viability analyzer manufactured in the United States. This instrument uses Trypan Blue dye exclusion to quantify cell viability across a 0 to 100% range. It supports a cell size range of 2 to 70 µm and a cell concentration range of 5 x 10^4 to 1 x 10^7 cells/mL, with a minimum sample volume of 500 µL. Analysis time is approximately 2.5 to 3 minutes per sample, using autofocus imaging with a CCD camera and FireWire interface. The system includes a 12-position carousel autosampler and provides image resolution of approximately 1 µm/pixel. Condition Class G (Good): pre-owned in usable condition per intake inspection with normal cosmetic wear. Software and further functional verification were not completed due to missing accessories; buyers should validate fitness for their specific application.
