Description
Agilent Technologies G1888 Network Headspace Sampler (G1888 Network Headspace Sampler) is an automated headspace sampling system for GC and GC/MS workflows, designed to heat and sample sealed vials and transfer vapor-phase analytes to the GC while avoiding injection of the bulk sample matrix. Manufactured in Italy. This unit is in Condition Class F (Fair) and shows cosmetic blemishes on included vials. During inspection, the carousel/tray mechanism operated and the unit powered on and displayed "Not Ready". Internal self-test was observed, but full operational verification could not be completed because required system components/software and/or gas/GC connection were not available. Communication options include LAN and RS-232, with control via built-in keypad or Agilent data system. Ideal for applications such as residual solvents, pharmaceutical volatile compounds, forensic blood alcohol analysis, environmental volatiles, and food and beverage flavor compounds.
