This automated closed cell-processing platform is designed to support cell therapy manufacturing workflows including cell isolation, cell harvest, and formulation. The system integrates centrifugation up to 1600 x g, a thermal mixer with temperature control between +4C and +40C, and separation chamber temperature control between +4C and +37C. It also includes a peristaltic pump up to 405 mL/min, pressure sensors for kit lines (-800 to +2000 mbar), and bag holders with weight sensing for automated fluid handling. Connectivity includes 5 USB ports and 2 Ethernet ports with a color touchscreen interface. Condition Class G (Good): pre-owned in working order based on intake inspection with normal signs of prior use.
