Description
Multivac R535 thermoforming packaging machine (Manufacture Date: 2021-08-08) in excellent condition (Condition Class E). This high-performance, configurable packaging system is designed for high output thermoform packaging across food products, sterile medical goods, and industrial or consumer goods. The machine features hygienic design principles with streamlined interior components and easy-to-open frame profiles for cleaning and maintenance access. It includes Clean in Place (CIP) cleaning technology with protocolled cleaning cycles and mixing ratios, supported by an interior pipe system and an external manual spray gun. The R535 is equipped with IPC controls and production data acquisition (PDA) for monitoring operating conditions and stop reasons, with Ethernet connectivity and optional OPC interface for data exchange and line-level evaluation.
