Description
The Simco minION2 is a compact ionizing blower designed for effective control of electrostatic charges in electronics assembly and automated tool applications. Manufactured by Simco and in very good condition, this blower features a self-balancing control circuit, modular wiring, and local LED alarm signals, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive environments. The unit discharges in 2 seconds at 12" with efficient steady-state DC ion emission and can cover a 12" x 36" area. It meets ISO 14644-1 Class 5 cleanroom standards, operates at 24 VDC, 0.25A, and has a 6W power requirement. Ideal for electronics assembly, life sciences, and semiconductor processing industries, it efficiently manages static control, increasing productivity. Note that this unit does not include a computer or software and comes with a power cord.
