R-Tech Feeders Vibratory Bowl Feeder is a self-contained system commonly used to orient and convey small metal or plastic parts in various industries such as pharmaceutical, glass, foundry, concrete, food processing, mining, plastics, and automotive. It utilizes vibrations to convey parts, align them in specific positions, and sort them for further processing or packaging. This feeder offers quiet and effective operation, high feed rates, and minimal moving parts, resulting in low maintenance and downtime. It can handle typical parts like washers, nuts, bolts, screws, pills, and rings, in addition to dry bulk materials. The feeder bowl is mounted to a vibrating drive unit equipped with a variable-amplitude controller, which causes the parts to move upwards on an inclined spiral track. Additional features such as bed liners for handling abrasive materials and dust-proof outlet covers can be added based on specific needs.
