The intermittent motion RCS alu-crimp caps vials, while the high-speed continuous motion RPC crimps vials around a turret with up to 10 heads. It features an automatic reject and sampling station, along with a free spinning disk designed to minimize particulate generation. The unit has minor errors or cosmetic defects, and it's unable to test, but the value of the instrument when working is high. The machine's intended applications include sealing vials in pharmaceutical production, research laboratories, and medical facilities.
