Description
The Stilla Naica Geode with Prism3 & FLPG Plus Pump is a reliable, compact, and user-friendly digital PCR solution designed for absolute quantification of nucleic acids. Leveraging Crystal Digital PCR technology, it integrates the entire workflow in a single consumable format, creating 30,000 droplet crystals per sample. The Naica Geode coupled with the Prism3 crystal reader allows for precise measurement through three fluorescent channels. The system processes up to 12 samples per run with a wide temperature range of 10°C to 95°C, ensuring accuracy with integrated software. Although the unit is pre-owned and displays minor cosmetic wear, it powers on, performs basic functions, and successfully completes PCR cycles without any error codes. Please note that a computer is not included.
