The Genetix ClonePix FL, a key instrument in cell line selection and development, integrates fluorescent imaging for enhanced selection capabilities. This used Genetix ClonePix FL builds upon the ClonePix's success with added fluorescence imaging, drastically reducing time and costs in biopharmaceutical product development. The system features advanced white light and fluorescence imaging with up to 5 excitation/emission filters, barcode-tracked data runs, and a 16-bit cooled CCD camera for high-resolution imaging. With fully enclosed containment and HEPA filtration, it maintains a controlled working environment. Fits various plate types and capacities with a high-speed picking rate of over 200 clones per hour, supported by its proprietary halogen pin drying station and automatic ethanol wash bath.
