Description
The PerSeptive Biosystems CytoFluor Series 4000 is a high-performance fluorescence/bioluminescence reader designed to accurately measure soluble and cell-associated fluorescence. This used instrument is in very good condition, with minor cosmetic wear, and remains fully functional and tested to support successful operation. It features precise temperature control from 5°C to 45°C in 0.2°C increments and incorporates a low noise, high gain photomultiplier tube placed in a lightproof detection chamber. The CytoFluor Series 4000 covers an excitation wavelength range of 320-700 nm and emission wavelength 390-800 nm. It manages solution and cell-based assays, accommodating standard microplates of 6, 48, 96, and 384 wells. The system's versatile optics can configure to read the top or bottom of the plate, featuring a quick 60-second scan speed. The unit operates at 120V/220V and supports frequencies of 50Hz/60Hz.
