Description
The Life Technologies 8441-21 Ion OneTouch ES is an advanced system utilizing magnetic bead technology for isolating template-positive Ion Sphere particles, ensuring automated and highly reproducible enrichment for laboratory applications. This used system, in good condition, supports a variety of genomic and RNA library preparations, including Genomic DNA, Amplicon, and RNA (cDNA), compatible with Ion 314, 316, and 318 chips. The unit operates effectively within 15-25°C and 20-80% non-condensing humidity, with a total runtime of 4 hours and minimal hands-on time. It supports up to 384 multiplexed barcoded libraries for DNA or RNA applications. With power requirements of 110/120/220/240 VAC and a frequency of 50/60 Hz, the unit is versatile for both US and international use. Although unable to fully test the system, initial tests indicate its functionality, and it includes a power cord.
