Description
The Biotek ELx405U Select Microplate Washer is a versatile, fully automated microplate washer designed for both 96-well and 384-well plates. This used unit has been tested to specifications, although a wash head is not included, and it exhibits slight cosmetic wear typical of regular use. Featuring a patented Dual-Action manifold with 96 dispense and aspirate tubes, the ELx405U ensures precise washing for a range of applications, including ELISA, DNA probes, and cellular assays. Its programmable operations allow tailored washing processes for different assays, adjusting dispense volumes, flow rates, and aspiration routines to minimize residual volumes. The washer's intuitive interface allows the creation and storage of up to 75 programs, supporting Wash, Prime, Dispense, and Aspirate functions independently or in combination. Although equipment such as the Bio-Stack Microplate Stacker is compatible with this model, it is not included. Powered at 120V and 50/60Hz, this washer is an ideal addition to laboratories seeking efficiency in microplate washing.
