Manufactured from robust ABS plastic with a polycarbonate lid, this unit ensures easy cleaning. Despite slight cosmetic wear, including minor lid scratches, it remains fully functional and has passed extensive testing. It operates at up to 6,000 RPM and comes with adapters suited for various microtube and PCR tube styles (1.5/2.0, 0.5, 0.2 mL). Safety features like a locking lid and braking function, which rapidly halts operation when powered off or when the lid is opened, enhance its usability. A weighted rubberized base minimizes movement and vibrations, maintaining stability. Conforming with the latest North American and EU safety standards, it operates on 100/240 V with 50/60 Hz frequency. The unit includes one power cord and requires no additional equipment for setup.
