Description
The Invitrogen XCell4 Surelock Midi-Cell is a high-quality midi-gel electrophoresis system designed for efficient and reliable vertical electrophoresis of up to 14 midi gels. Manufactured with durable polycarbonate, this system features a specially designed lid for enhanced user safety and effective heat dissipation, ensuring high-resolution results with Invitrogen midi gels. The system is easy to assemble and operate, featuring a single Sure Lock actuator for zero-force insertion and easy sample loading. It efficiently requires 25% less running buffer per gel than the criterion cell. This unit, in near-new condition with minimal prior use, has been tested to specifications and shows slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use. It includes a lower buffer chamber, two buffer cores, a lid with cables, a displacement dam, and a buffer dam, ensuring leak-free electrophoresis with its positive locking mechanism.
