Description
The Agilent G4240A HPLC-Chip Cube is a sophisticated chip/mass spectrometry (MS) system designed for protein identification, transforming the efficiency of proteomics research. This instrument is part of the Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC family and constitutes a crucial link between HPLC-Chip technology and the Nano-LC system. Its innovative 3-dimensional HPLC-Chip is made using polyimide films with laser-ablated grooves, forming either capillaries or nanocolumns for robust protein analysis. With this system, the need for user interventions is significantly reduced, allowing for consistent nanospray operations. Despite cosmetic wear, this functional used unit has been tested to power on and exhibit basic operational capabilities. Plugged into the CAN bus, it integrates effortlessly with other Agilent modules, enhancing laboratory workflow. The system operates with a power consumption of 80W, temperature range of 5 to 40°C, and non-operating temperature range of -40 to 70°C. Please note, no computer or software is included. See photos for more details.
