Specializing in single-cell 3' RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq, it efficiently processes a vast array of cell samples per experiment, offering sensitive and unbiased characterization of gene expression and regulation. Leveraging disposable microfluidic cartridges, it encapsulates single cells or nuclei alongside barcoded beads into subnanoliter droplets for precise cell-bead pairing. While the unit shows signs of cosmetic wear such as scuffs and scratches, it has been verified to power on and performs basic functional tests. This single-cell isolator is ideal for detailed profiling of diverse cell populations utilizing Bio-Rad Omnition Analysis Software. The unit includes a power cord only and no additional accessories or computer.
