The 2016 BIO-RAD ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator plays a key role in the Bio-Rad Single-Cell Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Solution. It is ideal for use with Bio-Rad Library Preparation Kits for single-cell 3’ RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq. While unable to be fully tested, this unit powers on and successfully completes basic functions, showing no known issues except visible cosmetic wear. It features the ability to process hundreds to tens of thousands of cells per experiment with sensitive and unbiased characterization of gene expression and regulation. Designed to work seamlessly with disposable microfluidic cartridges, the ddSEQ single-cell isolator encapsulates single cells or nuclei with barcoded beads into droplets for library preparation. Single-cell sequencing enables unbiased profiling of diverse cell populations with robust data analysis through Bio-Rad Omnition Analysis Software. Power cord included; other accessories are not. Manufactured in Singapore, the device's versatility accommodates a wide array of experimental setups.
