The 2017 Bio-Rad ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator is part of the Bio-Rad Single-Cell Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Solution. This system facilitates the encapsulation and barcoding of single cells or nuclei using innovative microfluidic cartridge technology. Designed to be used with Bio-Rad Library Preparation Kits for single-cell 3’ RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq, this unit supports the sensitive and unbiased characterization of gene expression and regulation.
