Description
The Thermo Scientific SPD1030-115 Integrated SpeedVac Vacuum Concentrator is a near-new unit in excellent condition, designed for efficient drying and concentration of aqueous or non-aggressive samples. This model, manufactured in the United States, features a plug-and-play installation with an integrated solution that includes a concentrator, oil-free vacuum pump, and cold trap. It is ideal for processing DNA/RNA precipitates, PCR samples, proteins, enzymes, and HPLC fractions. The system accommodates up to 120 x 1.5 mL tubes, 10 x 15 mL tubes, 6 x 50 mL tubes, and 2 microwell plates. The intuitive digital display allows for easy programming with three preset and three customizable programs. The PTFE-coated chamber ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the vacuum ramping and pressure controls maintain sample integrity. The unit operates at a maximum vacuum of <10 Torr and a temperature range from ambient to 80°C.
