Description
The HNJ Solutions Shield Series MPS-C-2 is a robust Mold Protection System that comes equipped with a Cognex VV900 & Cognex 821-10035-2R Digital Vision Camera Module. Gently used, this system powers on without errors and successfully performs image acquisition. Designed for efficiency, the VisionView 900 panel offers password-protected user control, enabling adjustments to job parameters without the need for a PC on the factory floor. The nine-inch touchscreen interface enhances user interaction during operations. Connectivity is enhanced with a LAN port, allowing for integration with up to eight additional cameras through an external switch. This system requires a 24V input and is compatible with In-Sight 2000 Series vision sensors, though it does not support PoE connections. While some cosmetic damage or wear from previous use may be present, the unit shows no known functionality issues, making it a practical choice for enhancing your workflow.
