With features like automated perfusion protocols, advanced control capabilities, and remote operation through UNICORN software, it ensures controlled expansion environments and minimizes the risk of contamination. Despite cosmetic wear, this unit seems functional with power on tests completed. Inclusive of the W25 pump, Cellbag Control Unit (CBCU), and filter heater, it accommodates a variety of cell culture applications such as expansion of primary T-lymphocytes and is suitable for process development and cGMP manufacturing. The CBCU ensures reliable monitoring of pH and oxygen levels while the system supports flexible operating modes for mammalian and insect cells. Note: Software and computer not included.
