The R-Tech Feeders Vibratory Bowl Feeder is a self-contained systems that work best with small metal or plastic parts such as washers, nuts, bolts, pills, and screws. It is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, glass, foundry, concrete, food processing, mining, plastics, and automotive industries. The feeder bowl is mounted to a vibrating drive unit equipped with a variable-amplitude controller that causes the parts to move along an inclined spiral track. This equipment is versatile, offering high feed rates and using very few moving parts resulting in low maintenance and downtime. It is ideal for orienting and sorting finished and semi-finished parts for additional processing or packaging. Software not included.
