The 2019 Nautilus Systems PL100EP-RT90-S60 Placer Applicator provides innovative adhesive application technology, designed for seamless integration with PL100r and PL100EPr Feed Systems. This versatile module accommodates components up to 50 x 50mm in size, effortlessly stripping adhesive from the liner, and skillfully rotating it 90 degrees for precise placement perpendicular to the peel surface, optimizing operational efficiency. Engineered for flexibility, the RT90 configures stroke lengths up to 175mm, allowing horizontal mounting of the PL100 unit even with a vertical adhesive application surface. In very good condition, it exhibits some cosmetic wear but ensures confident usability and functionality. Includes user manuals for easy reference.
Technician comment
We were able to power the unit on with a spare power supply, however power supply is not included in this set. There may be 1 or 2 small parts missing, however the manual included provides detailed information on how to order spare parts and the item is in excellent condition.
