The Nautilus Systems PL100EP-RT90-S60 Placer Applicator is designed for integration on PL100r and PL100EPr Feed Systems, and intended for components up to 50 x 50mm in size. It uniquely removes the adhesive component from the liner and rotates it 90 degrees to reposition the adhesive component on a perpendicular plane. The RT90 can be configured with various stroke lengths up to 175mm, allowing for mounting in a conventional orientation even though the adhesive component application surface is a vertical plane. This module is confident to support a warranty and is in Very Good condition. This module is available for integration on PL100r and PL100EPr Feed Systems. It is intended for components up to 50 x 50mm in size. This module provides the unique function of removing the adhesive component from the liner on one plane and then rotating the adhesive component 90 degrees to reposition the adhesive component on a plane perpendicular to the peel surface with the exposed adhesive surface facing away from the vacuum chuck. The RT90 can be configured with various lengths of stroke up to 175mm. This configuration allows the PL100 unit to be mounted in the conventional orientation (horizontal plane) even though the adhesive component application surface is a vertical plane. We were able to power the unit on with a spare power supply, however power supply is not included in this set. There may be 1 or 2 small parts missing, however the manual included provides detailed information on how to order spare parts and the item is in excellent condition.
